Comfortable room with a nice decor. the location close to the new expo center makes it super handy for getting around. 🌟

We ate at a fantastic restaurant with decent service. The view over the park was wonderful, greatly enjoyed it...

the location was perfect - right by a large mall with dozens of restaurants and shops, shanghai on business for the last six years, and century park and lujiazui's riverside monster buildings. deluxe room i stayed at was well-appointed with complimentary access to the lounge.

The restaurant at Kerry Hotel Pudong in Shanghai was very clean. the cuisine was tasty, we both ordered delicious dishes. the incredible view from the restaurant and the helpful staff stood out for their exceptional customer service.

It was one of the best hotels I have ever seen in this level of budget. Hotel's building is newly built and the rooms are super clean. The room service cleans the rooms more than 2 or 3 times a day and after their cleaning everything is just like when you entered to the room! The staff were super friendly and I didn't see anything wrong with them. The pool and gym are great. The Internet is free and it's speed was good enough. The hotel is only one door away from Shanghai's New Expo Center so in case you plan to attend in an exhibition there, it will be the best choice. The buffet restaurant was well equipped with 10-12 different buffets from around the world and the taste of the foods were acceptable. Taxi is usually available in front of the hotel and the concierge was very helpful for finding the addresses in Shanghai. I really recommend this hotel.

The room service personnel don't pay attention to "Do Not Disturb" sign out of the room so they knock the doors repeatedly which is so annoying.

the location is convenient if you need to get to the Shanghai new exhibition center - there is a direct indoor access to the venue

Service at the lobby bar could be better - shampagne for instance was offered at the menu, but not available during the whole week I stayed unless I asked the manager. You could see this is a new hotel and service still not experienced. The hotel is not as fancy as the other Shangri-La in Pudong.

Kerr Hotel is an ideal 5 stars choice for business men attending an exhibition in the new expo center. It is having direct access and saves a lot of time and effort during the exhibition days. The staff is speaking good English and very friendly. The hotel is having a direct access to a very good shopping mall with many choices of restaurants. I recommend the stay in this hotel for anyone planning to visit an exhibition in the new spo center in pudong shanghai

The breakfasts here were marvellous and awesome with high quality food and including seafood, as example. Location: the hotel was short walk to Pudong airport and a nice shopping mall and a huge park and a great shopping center...

The stuff are extremly helpful and smiling all the time. The room and facilities are extremly clean and modern. The location next the exhibition center and next door is a shopping mall.

After business nothing in the neighborhood and far awar from the city center and attraction at night or evening. Moreover, no variaty of tv Channels in english or arabic language.
